Room Rates

Rates quoted do not include Virginia sales tax and local occupancy tax.
Rates are based on double occupancy; please add $30.00 for third person in rooms where this option is available.
Rates include full country breakfast. With 48 hours advance notice we will try to accommodate special dietary needs.
A two-night or three-night minimum stay is required on weekends (i.e., Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday), and on holidays or during special events. This can be seen on the availability calendar.

A one-night deposit is required to reserve a room. We accept personal check, travelers check or credit card (Master Card or Visa) for the deposit, which will be applied to the last night of the reserved stay.
Guests are responsible for payment of all nights booked.

Because we are a small inn, cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to stay for full refund of deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of stay will be charged for the full stay unless the room rebooks.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM; we will do our best to accommodate special check-in times if requested 48 hours in advance.
Check out by 11:00 AM.

Cedar Spring Inn is completely smoke-free.
For the privacy and enjoyment of our guests, Inn property and amenities are reserved for the exclusive use of guests only.
We regret we cannot accommodate pets. We do have two outdoor-only cats who may visit you on the deck or by the pool. Gentle persuasion will convince them when you wish to be alone.
We are happy to welcome young adults over 14.
